• Ep. 1

Her youngest child, Pingping, who is mute, expresses her willingness to remain silent forever if it means protecting her mother. The mother vows to stay at the estate to honor her grandmother's legacy and to find a cure for Pingping's condition, even as she faces constant challenges and threats.

  The mother, Pingping, notices two children who bear a striking resemblance to her. Concerned for their well-being, she asks her son to take care of them while she searches for medicine. Meanwhile, a sinister woman, Song Yu'er, schemes to take control of the family estate, revealing her malicious intentions. She cruelly taunts Pingping, mocking her illness and her children, calling them worthless. As tensions rise, Pingping pleads for mercy, but Song Yu'er remains relentless, threatening to harm her and her unborn child. The confrontation escalates, leaving Pingping desperate and vulnerable, as she struggles to protect her family from Song Yu'er's ruthless ambitions.
