• Ep. 1
  Sam, a former playboy, wakes up one morning to find himself transformed into a woman. He visits his friend, a doctor, and exclaims, "Doc, what the f*** happened to me dude?" The doctor explains that Sam is now experiencing his period, which leaves Sam shocked and overwhelmed. As Sam navigates his new body, he remarks, "It's like someone added 27 frequencies to my radio dial." He begins to understand the differences between men and women, saying, "Women have a completely different mind-body connection than men." When asked about his experiences as a woman, Sam hesitantly admits to having strong feelings for someone, but quickly denies it. His friend teases him, asking who the lucky person is, but Sam insists he's just "in heat." Despite the initial shock and confusion, Sam is slowly learning to adapt to his new life as a woman.
• Ep. 2
  Sam, a self-proclaimed womanizer, finds himself in a conversation where his views on women are challenged. He admits to not being fond of women, seeing them as only good for one thing. However, his life is about to take a dramatic turn. As he interacts with others, he begins to experience strange occurrences, hinting at a possible transformation. Meanwhile, he engages in casual conversations, discussing tea and relationships, but his misogynistic attitude is evident. Little does he know, his perspective on women is about to change drastically, setting him on a journey of self-discovery and growth.
• Ep. 3
  Sam, now a woman, visits Dr. Andrew Bellamy's office, frantic and demanding to see him. The receptionist tries to calm her down, but Sam is rude and aggressive. When the doctor finally emerges, Sam exclaims, "Look what fucking happened to me, dude!" The doctor, busy with an examination, asks Sam to wait her turn. However, Sam continues to cause a scene, arguing with another patient and refusing to behave. The doctor warns Sam that security will be called if she doesn't calm down. Sam's transformation into a woman has clearly been a shock, and she's struggling to adapt to her new perspective.
• Ep. 4
  Sam, now a woman, visits a doctor's office with Angie. The doctor and Angie try to move Miss Goldfarb to another room. Sam explains that she woke up as a woman and feels like she's in a nightmare. She tries to convince the doctor that she's really Sam Wellman, but the doctor is skeptical. Flashbacks show Sam's misogynistic past, where he claims women are "demented" and that he can figure any woman out in a minute. His friend suggests he settle down with a nice woman, like Cynthia, but Sam dismisses the idea. As a woman, Sam is now experiencing the world from a different perspective, and her feelings for her best friend are starting to change.
• Ep. 5
  Sam's past is exposed as a friend reveals a humiliating childhood incident. The conversation takes a surprising turn when Sam demands a DNA test, and a doctor agrees to conduct it. As the scene unfolds, Sam's urgency becomes apparent, and the doctor reassures them that the test will be done promptly. The tension is palpable as Sam presses for confirmation, and the doctor eventually calms them down, instructing them to go home and relax. The episode ends with a cryptic expression of frustration towards Sam.
