• Ep. 1
  The God of War has returned, and his eyes are fixed on one woman. After a long period of seclusion, he is greeted by his followers, who congratulate him on completing his ancestors' legacy. His power has reached new heights, with 30,000 troops at his command. However, his mind is preoccupied with winning the heart of his beloved, the shopkeeper's wife. Multiple women vie for his attention, each trying to persuade him to choose them as his partner. Autumn and Summer both express their interest, touting their skills and qualities. Nevertheless, the God of War has already made up his mind, having previously promised to marry Zhao Moyan from the North Sea Zhao family. He instructs his followers to prepare for the wedding, intending to publicly declare his union with Moyan upon their return.
• Ep. 2
  The God of War, Chen Erhu, encounters Zhao Miss and introduces himself. He invites her to a banquet to meet the North Sea Dragon Head, but she declines, citing her grandmother's birthday celebration. Chen Erhu insists, implying that she can't refuse him. When she still refuses, he threatens to take her by force. A young man intervenes, fighting Chen Erhu's men and protecting Zhao Miss. Chen Erhu reveals his identity as the North Sea Underground Leader and warns the young man to leave, but the young man stands up to him, eager to confront him.
• Ep. 3
  The God of War, Xiao Wuji, returns to win back his wife, Zhao Muyan. However, she remains aloof and insults him, calling him "poor" and saying she's a famous international star who wouldn't look at someone like him. Despite this, Xiao Wuji is determined to make her fall in love with him again. He gets into a fight with someone who bullied Zhao Muyan, warning them not to bother her again. After the fight, Zhao Muyan thanks him for saving her, but still shows no interest in reconciling. Xiao Wuji reminds her of their childhood promise and her past vow to only marry him, but she dismisses it as a childish joke.
• Ep. 4
  The God of War, Summer Wuji, encounters Mo Yan, who remains aloof despite his affections. Mo Yan's servant insults Summer, calling him a poor, worthless man who can't provide for her. Summer's patience wears thin as he's met with hostility and disdain. However, when Mo Yan intervenes to stop her servant from harming him, Summer is grateful. Despite this, Mo Yan makes it clear she wants nothing to do with him, telling him to leave and not come back. Summer refuses to back down, and the tension between them escalates as they exchange heated words. Summer asserts his power and status, warning Mo Yan that he's not a man to be underestimated. The scene ends with a sense of unresolved conflict and unrequited love.
• Ep. 5
  The God of War encounters a woman who looks down on him, saying he can't even afford a decent suit. She offers him $2 million as a reward for saving someone, but warns him to leave and never come back, or face the consequences. The woman mentions that Chen Erhu, a powerful figure in Feng City, is not to be trifled with, and that he has the backing of a mysterious organization called Xing Tian Cheng. The God of War responds confidently, implying that he is not intimidated by Chen Erhu or his backers. The conversation takes a turn as another character, Mu Yan, intervenes, expressing concern for the God of War's well-being and asking if there is something he is not saying. The scene ends with Mu Yan determined to get to the bottom of things.
