He is met by ghost officials, including Ox Head and Horse Face, who seem to be waiting for him. The King is confused, insisting he is just a delivery man and wants to return to his mother. However, the officials claim he is the true King of Hell, and they urge him to take his rightful place on the throne. They tell him that if he returns to his position, he will have the power to do as he pleases. The King is skeptical, but the officials assure him that he can test their claims by sitting on the throne. If it fits, he will know he is the true king.

  The King of Hell has finally returned to his throne. The entire underworld had fallen into a deep slumber, and the cycle of reincarnation was interrupted. The mortal realm is filled with lonely souls and wild ghosts. Even the treasures of the underworld, such as the Naihe Bridge and the Wheel of Reincarnation, have been lost. The King orders the reopening of the Ghost Gate and the restoration of the underworld's order. He commands his subordinates to help guide the lonely souls and wild ghosts, and to search for the lost treasures. With his powers restored, the King sets out to reestablish balance between the human and spiritual worlds. His journey begins as he prepares to face the challenges ahead and reclaim his rightful place as the ruler of the underworld.

  The King of Hell's mother is in critical condition at the hospital. The medical staff informs him that she has passed away due to lack of payment for her treatment. The King of Hell is filled with anger and grief, but then he reveals his true identity and powers, declaring that he controls life and death. He decides to revive his mother, demonstrating his supernatural abilities and leaving the hospital staff in awe.

  The King of Hell, now a food delivery man, claims he can save a dying person. Others are skeptical, thinking he's crazy for saying he's the King of Hell. He insists that if he says someone will live, they will. The crowd doubts him, but he's determined to prove his powers. As he prepares to save the person, others warn him that if he fails, he'll be sent to a mental hospital. The King of Hell remains confident, and with a hint of supernatural energy, he attempts to revive the dying person. Suddenly, black and white guardians appear, and the scene becomes chaotic. The King of Hell seems to have a vision of an old lady's spirit, and the atmosphere becomes intense.
