Sprinkles is willing to remain silent forever if it means keeping their mother safe. The mother comforts Sprinkles, promising to take care of them once they're cured.

  Sierra's children are ill, and she asks someone to take care of them while she goes to find medicine. Meanwhile, a woman named Song is plotting against Sierra, trying to keep the existence of her children a secret. Song's accomplice, Han, taunts Sierra about her situation, saying she won't be in charge of the estate for long. He also insults her and her son, saying they're worthless. The scene escalates into a confrontation, with someone trying to harm Sierra.
