Along the way, Ye Qingzhou encounters a mysterious woman named An Yue, who claims he cannot leave and that someone wants to see him. As Ye Qingzhou navigates this treacherous world, his true strength and identity begin to unravel, leaving a trail of intrigue and anticipation for what's to come.

  Qingzhou is released from prison and met by a woman who claims to have come to escort him. However, Qingzhou is skeptical of her intentions, suggesting that she has ulterior motives beyond just escorting him. The woman presses Qingzhou for information about the location of the "gold and red sword" of the Yu Wang Fu, but he insists that he doesn't know. Despite his denials, the woman continues to pressure him, invoking their supposed childhood friendship as "qingmei zhuma" (childhood sweethearts). Qingzhou remains unmoved, and the conversation takes a tense turn, with the woman threatening violence if he doesn't comply.

  Qingzhou Ye is questioned about the location of the Qinghong Sword. He remains calm and composed, despite being taunted by his opponents. One of them, seemingly familiar with Ye, comments on his unchanged arrogance from five years ago. Ye's abilities are underestimated due to his supposed loss of internal energy, but he proves himself capable in combat. His opponent is surprised by Ye's skill, wondering how someone who was thought to be a useless person could possess such agility. The scene unfolds with Ye facing off against multiple foes, his true strength and martial skills on full display.
• Ep. 4
  Qingzhou Ye faces a formidable opponent who uses the "Lost Soul Umbrella" to gain the upper hand. The opponent demands that Qingzhou Ye hand over his prized sword or face death within three hours if he doesn't have an antidote. Just as all hope seems lost, a figure appears, claiming to be Qingzhou Ye's master and intervenes in the situation. The master's arrival turns the tables, and the opponent is forced to retreat, warning Qingzhou Ye to leave or die. Qingzhou Ye accepts the challenge, ready for battle.
