• Ep. 1

Later, a character named Tianyan is asked to stay behind, but refuses, stating that his life belongs to someone else, referred to as "Ling". Another conversation takes place between two characters, Su Yu and Knife Tsai, where they discuss someone's engagement and well-being. The scene ends with a mention of "Ling" and an unclear reference to optimization.
• Ep. 2
  Alvaro attempts to offer Brianna to Matteo in exchange for favor, holding Neal's brother Ritchie hostage. A conversation unfolds, discussing family arrangements and unwilling participants. The Lin family is mentioned, along with a character named Xiaotian. Someone pleads for mercy, asking to stop the violence. Little Tian is reunited with his brother, who promises to take him to the hospital. However, their conversation is interrupted by news that their sister, 小雪 (Little Snow), has been taken away.   Alvaro attempts to curry favor with Matteo by offering him Brianna. Meanwhile, a meeting takes place where Lin introduces Su Xue to Jun Ge. They exchange pleasantries, and Jun Ge is immediately taken by Su Xue's beauty. Despite being warned that she can be a bit temperamental, Jun Ge is understanding and charming. The atmosphere is relaxed, with discussions of business and wine, as they get to know each other.
• Ep. 5
  Alvaro holds Ritchie hostage to offer Brianna to Matteo. However, the plan is disrupted when someone intervenes, saying "Let me go" and Alvaro agrees, but only if he can have his way with Brianna first. A fight ensues, and a character named Xiaquan arrives, saving the day. Ritchie's safety is ensured, but another person, Xiaotian, is still in danger. The scene ends with a confrontation between Alvaro and an unknown figure who claims to be powerful enough to take him down.
