• Ep. 1
  A delivery man suffered bullying and humiliation from customers, leading to a heart attack. As he lay dying, he inadvertently awakened his dormant bloodline as the Lord of Hell. The world was in chaos, with the six paths collapsing and the heavens and earth out of balance. The delivery man's customers continued to torment him, even as he struggled to survive. One customer demanded an apology and threatened to leave a bad review if not satisfied. The delivery man knelt and apologized, but the customer still gave him a bad review. The delivery man's heart condition worsened, and he died. However, his death marked the beginning of a new era, as he was reborn as the Lord of Hell, controlling life and death.
• Ep. 2
  The delivery man, who had suffered a heart attack after being bullied and humiliated by his customers, found himself in a mysterious realm. He was approached by two figures, 牛头 (Ox Head) and 马面 (Horse Face), who seemed to be ghostly messengers. They addressed him as 阎王 (Yan Wang), the Lord of Hell, and claimed that he had the power to control life and death. The delivery man was confused and denied being Yan Wang, insisting that he was just a ordinary person who delivered food for a living. However, the ghostly messengers were adamant that he was the rightful ruler of the underworld and urged him to take his rightful place on the throne. As they spoke, the delivery man began to realize that something strange was happening, and he started to question his own identity. The ghostly messengers told him that if he sat on the throne, he would be able to move freely between the world of the living and the dead. Despite his initial skepticism, the delivery man seemed to be considering their words, and the scene ended with him being invited to take his seat as the Lord of Hell.
• Ep. 3
  The Lord of Hell has finally returned to his rightful place. After his departure, the underworld fell into a deep sleep, and the cycle of reincarnation was disrupted. The spirits of the dead roamed freely, and even the precious treasures of the underworld, such as the Naihe Bridge and the Wheel of Reincarnation, were lost. To restore order, the Lord of Hell orders his minions to reopen the gates of hell and guide the lost souls. He commands the black and white guardians of the underworld to prepare for their duties and to search for the lost treasures. With his return, the Lord of Hell aims to reestablish balance in the universe and resume the cycle of reincarnation.
• Ep. 4
  A delivery man's mother is critically ill and he rushes to the hospital. However, upon arrival, he's told that his mother has passed away due to lack of timely payment for her treatment. The hospital staff are callous and demand that the body be taken away. Enraged and grief-stricken, the delivery man reveals his true identity as the Lord of Hell, declaring control over life and death. He asserts his power, warning the hospital staff to beware, as he has the authority over all things, including the cycles of life and death.
• Ep. 5
  The Lord of Hell claims to control life and death, saying "I decide who lives or dies." Others are skeptical, questioning his sanity and daring him to prove his powers. A challenge is issued: if he can save a dying person, they will believe him. The Lord of Hell accepts, and the scene unfolds with anticipation and doubt. He declares, "I am the King of Hell, and I say who lives or dies." The outcome hangs in the balance, as he attempts to rescue the dying person and prove his extraordinary abilities.
