As the surgery progresses, the patient suddenly panics, claiming he can’t hold it in anymore, leading to a chaotic moment. In the next scene, Luna wakes up in a lavish palace, disoriented and confused. A maid named Liu Hong addresses her as "Miss Jiang Huan," the daughter of the Jiang family. Luna quickly realizes she has been transported into the world of the drama she was watching during the surgery. Shocked and bewildered, she grapples with the reality of her situation, wondering how she can return to her own world.
