In the hospital, Koby notices Madam Su's refusal to eat fruit and instinctively prepares a fruit skewer, a gesture that surprises everyone. Madam Su, touched by the familiar act, begins to eat the fruit, reminiscing about her past. Koby's actions stir something deep within her, hinting at a connection she can't quite place. Meanwhile, Koby remains oblivious to the significance of his actions, his memory still lost. The scene ends with a mix of nostalgia and confusion, as the past and present begin to intertwine.
