• Ep. 1

  Seven years have passed, but Damon Hall still struggles to move on from Lucy Clark, the woman who left him when he was at his lowest. His fiancée, Xiao Qi, confronts him, accusing him of still harboring feelings for Lucy despite his claims of seeking revenge. Determined to prove his indifference, Damon orders his men to track Lucy down, claiming it’s purely for retribution. Meanwhile, Caleb, Lucy’s son, begins to piece together the truth about Damon, suspecting he might be his father. The tension builds as Damon’s unresolved emotions and Caleb’s curiosity set the stage for a dramatic confrontation.
• Ep. 5
  At the hospital, Lucy leaves her son, Caleb, to wait while she goes to register for his treatment. Meanwhile, Damon, who has been searching for Lucy, arrives at the hospital. Caleb, curious and hopeful, spots Damon and notices his resemblance to the man in his mother’s photo album. He approaches Damon, calling him "handsome uncle," and asks if he is his father. Damon, taken aback, reassures Caleb and asks why he thinks he might be his dad. Caleb explains that Damon looks like the man in his mother’s pictures and playfully suggests that Damon would fall in love with his beautiful mother if he saw her. Just then, Lucy returns, calling out for Caleb, who excitedly responds, "Mommy, I’m here!" The encounter leaves Damon stunned, realizing the possibility that Caleb might indeed be his son.
