• Ep. 1

Now, Flynn has achieved success and returned home to find Kate with another man. In a separate scene, Qin Yi is being scolded by her family for having a child out of wedlock. Her grandfather demands she go to the Wang family tonight to repay her debt to the Qin family. If she doesn't, her child's medical fees will be cut off. Qin Yi reluctantly agrees, but not before standing up for herself against her family's harsh words.

  Flynn confronts the person who has been bothering his woman, demanding to know who gave them the courage to do so. The scene escalates into a physical altercation, with Flynn standing up for himself and his loved one. Meanwhile, a conversation between two characters reveals that Lin Yang wants to break up with someone, but they are not sure if it's because he came back to apologize or not. Later, Sun You apologizes for being late, and Lin Yang proposes to Xiao Qi, asking if she is willing to marry him. However, their romantic moment is disrupted by a rival who insults Lin Yang, calling him a "waste" and daring him to fight back. The scene ends with a tense confrontation between the two men.
