  Ella wakes up disoriented and bloodied in a dark basement. She contacts Jacob for help, and he answers, concerned. Ella explains that she doesn't know what happened and thinks she might have been kidnapped. Jacob is shocked and apologizes as he tries to process the situation. Ella reveals that she didn't call the police because she wanted to see a familiar face. Jacob decides to call the cops, but Ella begs him not to leave her, and he reassures her that he won't hang up. As they talk, Jacob tries to stay calm and figure out what to do next to help Ella escape her terrifying situation.
