The logic behind Ashley's ability to simply retrieve a vital document without raising suspicion is improbable. Also, Ji Chen’s sudden reappearance and proposal seem too convenient and overly dramatic. Furthermore, Zachary’s arbitrary conditions for returning the agreement lack business rationale.
