Leah's mother reminds her of her humble origins and tells her to remember her place. Meanwhile, a sudden interruption occurs, and someone rushes in to rescue Leah, asking if she's okay. As the scene unfolds, it seems that the story may be taking an unexpected turn, deviating from its original course.
• Ep. 4
  Leah, the evil supporting female character, is trying to matchmake the male and female leads. She meets Benny and they have a brief conversation. Benny asks if she's okay, and she replies that she's fine. They exchange some small talk, and Leah mentions that she's been hired by the Story Group, thanks to Benny's help. She thanks him and they part ways, with Leah mentioning that her role as the villainess is to push Benny and the female lead, Gu Yanxi, together. Meanwhile, Benny seems to be flirting with Leah, making her feel uncomfortable. The scene ends with them saying goodbye to each other.
• Ep. 5
  Leah saved an old lady, who thanked her profusely. The lady offered to repay Leah by arranging a marriage between her and her grandson, but Leah declined. The old lady's grandson arrived, and the doctor asked him to leave so he could examine the patient. Leah and the grandson exchanged brief words before leaving together. The old lady called out to her grandson, but he was already gone.
