• Ep. 1
  Emma, a renowned physician, is forced to marry Landon, the rumored ruthless and short-lived prince. However, Emma's sister is not the chosen bride, and she must take her place.   Landon, the rumored ruthless king, is astonished to find himself face to face with a mysterious woman. She claims to have saved his life and demands to know who he is and why he owes her a life debt. The woman reveals herself as Yun Miao Miao, the daughter of Chen Jia Fu and Landon's queen. She had used a silver needle to rescue him, and now she expects him to remember their connection. As they converse, it becomes clear that there is more to their story than meets the eye, and their encounter may be more than just a chance meeting.

  Landon, the rumored ruthless and short-lived king, has finally awoken after being poisoned. His servant informs him that the lady from the Chengxiang Fu family, who was sent to be his bride, had helped to flush out the poison. Landon's servant warns him about the current unstable situation in the kingdom and advises him to be cautious. Meanwhile, Landon seems to be interested in his new bride, but his intentions are unclear. The scene ends with Landon's servant expressing concerns about the king's safety and the mysterious bride's true identity.
