  Joanna, a new employee, is being scolded by her colleague for making a mistake during a meeting. The colleague, Song Manager, is favored by the company's chairman and is known for being spoiled. Joanna tries to apologize, but Song Manager is relentless in her criticism. Just as things are getting heated, the chairman intervenes, defending Joanna and reprimanding Song Manager for bullying her. It turns out that the chairman has a soft spot for Joanna, who is actually his long-lost granddaughter. Despite not knowing her true identity, Joanna is determined to keep her job and prove herself, while Song Manager continues to cause trouble for her.

  Joanna's father arrives at the company and asks who bullied his daughter. Joanna explains that it was Song Manager who accused her of ruining meeting documents. However, Joanna claims she didn't do it, and Song Manager is lying. The father confronts Song Manager, who eventually admits to accidentally damaging the documents but tries to shift the blame. The father scolds Song Manager for not taking responsibility and lying about it. When Song Manager asks if Joanna's parents taught her to admit mistakes, Joanna reveals that she doesn't have parents, which sparks a moment of tension.

  Joanna's past is slowly unraveling as she reunites with her family. Her mother expresses longing for her, saying "Mom misses you" and "I miss you." It's revealed that Joanna's grandmother, Song old lady, never liked her and had abandoned her. Despite this, Joanna's determination to support her grandmother is evident when she pleads with Song Chairman not to fire her, saying "My grandma is old and needs me to work to support her." Tensions rise as Song Chairman accuses Joanna of lying about her background and orders her to resign. However, just as it seems like Joanna's fate is sealed, a sudden interruption changes the course of events. The conversation is cut short, leaving Joanna's future at the company uncertain.
