• Ep. 1
  Joseph's master sacrificed herself to save the world. He wanted to die with her, but she reassured him that he wouldn't die. Joseph called out to his master repeatedly, showing his devotion and concern for her. His master tried to comfort him, saying "you haven't lived yet" and "I'll take care of you." Joseph seemed to be in a state of distress, asking if he was in a reincarnated state. He kept calling out to his master, seeking reassurance that she was okay. The scene was filled with emotional goodbye moments between Joseph and his master.
• Ep. 2
  Joseph, who has reborn into a new life, finds himself in a tumultuous relationship with his wife, who is also his deceased master. • Ep. 3
  Joseph's past life is revealed through his wife and daughter's fearful eyes. His wife begs him to stop hitting their daughter, Xiaoxiao, and promises to take care of household chores if he does. Joseph, however, reflects on his past mistakes, realizing he was a terrible person who gambled, hit his family, and didn't provide for them. He vows to change, swearing to never hit his wife and daughter again, and to work hard to give them a better life. His daughter asks if he's truly changed, and Joseph reassures her that he will do everything in his power to be a good person and provide for their family. With tears and promises, Joseph tries to make amends for his past wrongdoings, hoping to start anew and regain the trust of his loved ones.
• Ep. 4
  Joseph's wife, who is also his deceased master, is furious with him. She accuses him of being irresponsible and selling their family's belongings, leaving them with no money. Joseph tries to appease her, promising to change and work hard to provide for the family. He begs her to trust him one last time, vowing to make a better life for them. The wife is skeptical, but Joseph assures her that he will do everything in his power to give her a good life. The scene ends with Joseph's desperate plea for another chance.
• Ep. 5
  Joseph's wife is in a difficult situation and is being pursued by a man who offers her money. He tells her that she can be the lady of Jiangzhou if she follows him, and he will take good care of her. However, Joseph's wife seems hesitant and unsure about what to do. The man, who is referred to as "清哥", tries to convince her that he is different from her husband and that he can provide for her. He offers her 3 million yuan, but she is still uncertain. Meanwhile, another character, 陈诺, appears to be involved in the situation, and it seems that Joseph's wife is being pulled in different directions. The scene ends with Joseph's wife thanking someone, possibly clearing up her mind about what to do next.
