• Ep. 1
  Aisha wakes up to find her front tooth has fallen out. She tells her mom, who is getting ready for work, and her mom is concerned. As they talk, Aisha discovers another loose tooth and starts to wiggle it, despite her mom's warnings to stop. Aisha seems to be enjoying the sensation, saying "it feels so good," but her mom is frantic, begging her to stop. The scene ends with Aisha's mom trying to intervene, sensing that something is terribly wrong with her daughter.

  Ayesha's teeth start falling out, causing her distress and fear about her appearance. Her mom tries to calm her down, but Ayesha is worried that nobody will want to talk to her at school or ask her to prom. She soon learns she possesses dangerous powers, making her a target for those close to her. In a bizarre incident, a son is synthesized out of foot, leaving Aisha bewildered. As she navigates this strange new world, she utters a faint "Veggie" in confusion. Later, she expresses gratitude with a simple "Thank you," but the ominous forces surrounding her threaten to upend her life forever.
• Ep. 5
  Aisha's life takes a dramatic turn when her teeth start falling out, revealing her dangerous powers. A concerned figure warns her not to call anyone, especially Grant. Aisha's grandmother arrives, shocked by the sudden development, which wasn't supposed to happen until Aisha turns 21. The grandmother urgently asks if Aisha's mother is home, emphasizing the need to act fast because someone is trying to steal Aisha's teeth. She reassures Aisha that she's special and a "starling," implying a unique heritage or ability.
