Jaxon's opponent mocks him, saying he's been blacklisted in the industry and can never succeed. But Jaxon is not one to back down.   Jaxon, still reeling from his ex-girlfriend's betrayal, encounters a kind uncle figure who offers him words of encouragement. The uncle tells Jaxon to stop crying and go back home to his parents. As they part ways, the uncle is revealed to be a good person, and Jaxon is advised to follow in his footsteps. However, their interaction is cut short as a mysterious figure, Wu Cai Shen Guan Er, appears, claiming that good people do have good fortune. This figure grants Jaxon a "finance system" that will give him endless wealth and martial arts skills, but only if he can activate and understand it within 100 days. If successful, Jaxon will become the richest person; otherwise, he will never succeed. With this newfound opportunity, Jaxon's journey to rise again begins.
• Ep. 4
  Jaxon is discussing rent with his landlord, who reminds him that he doesn't have to pay if he sings. However, Jaxon offers to pay anyway, saying he won't need the rent exemption in the future. Meanwhile, someone named Ah-hao arrives, and there's a conversation about repaying a debt of 500,000. The borrower claims they only borrowed 30,000 when their father was ill, but the lender shows them a record of the loan, which totals 50,000 after interest. When the borrower says they have no money, the lender sarcastically suggests they become a mistress to pay off the debt. The scene ends with the borrower looking frustrated and helpless.

  Jaxon sits down and is handed a wallet with $1 million. He meets Annie and tells her she doesn't have to work at the bar anymore, offering to help her become a singer by organizing a concert for her. He also gives her $100,000 to cover previous housing costs. Jaxon instructs Annie to dress up and go to a store the next day, leaving her surprised and confused about what's happening.
