• Ep. 1
  Alora, determined to change her fate, has returned to the past. She recalls how she was betrayed by her husband and cousin in her previous life, leading to her tragic death. Now, she's determined to prevent that tragedy from happening again. Alora thinks about her past experiences and how she was wronged, vowing not to let history repeat itself. With a fierce determination, she declares that she won't fall into the same trap twice, referencing her past suffering at the hands of those she trusted, including a man named 焦继青 (Jiao Ji Qing). Alora's resolve is clear: she will not be swayed and will take control of her own destiny this time around.
• Ep. 2
  Alora is in a precarious situation and calls out for Third Prince Samuel's help. She warns someone to stay back, but they approach anyway. The person seems to know that Alora would be there, and she wonders how they knew. The conversation turns to the topic of the Third Prince's reputation as a ruthless and feared warrior. Alora ponders what would happen if she revealed her true identity as a reborn soul. A servant interrupts, saying they have something to present to the Third Prince. The prince warns them not to dare deceive him, threatening a hundred ways to make them suffer if they do.
• Ep. 3
  Alora and Samuel meet again. Alora asks if he has a book that contains a rare medicine formula from her past life. Samuel's servant interrupts, informing them that the prince's poison has relapsed. The only antidote is the rare White Night Dan. Samuel discovers that the book Alora mentioned can produce the needed medicine. He decides to use it to save the prince, and in doing so, also saves Alora's life once again, just like in her past life. A servant suggests killing the person responsible for the poison, but Samuel is hesitant.
• Ep. 4
  Alora saves Samuel from poisoning and tends to his wounds. Samuel asks Alora why she saved him, and she replies that she only wants to rescue her new superior. However, Samuel reveals that he knows Alora's true intentions and confesses his love for her. Alora is surprised, but Samuel assures her that he will do everything in his power to protect her. He then offers Alora a position as his personal physician, asking her to stay by his side at all times.
• Ep. 5
  Alora wakes up and is met with skepticism about her ability to produce medicine. She claims she doesn't know how it works, but offers to be checked. Meanwhile, a woman from the An Ding Fu household arrives, claiming to take Alora away. However, Alora refuses, fearing for her life. Samuel, the third prince, intervenes and declares that Alora is now his personal physician, and no one can harm her except him. He orders his guards to bring out the seventh miss, and Alora is relieved to be under his protection.
