  Tristan's past as the lord of Saint Dragon Hall is revealed, and his relationship with Sandra Xavier is exposed. Meanwhile, a conversation between Zhao and another character unfolds, discussing Tristan's demise and Shen Tian's fate. Zhao is praised for helping the Xu family and eliminating a problematic individual. A marriage proposal is mentioned, with Zhao promising to make the Xu family one of the new four major families. However, tensions rise as Shen Tian is warned to show respect and apologize to Zhao, with threats of punishment if he fails to comply. In episode 4, a heated argument erupts between Tristan and his mother-in-law, who insults him and calls him a "废物" (useless person). The mother-in-law demands that Tristan kneel down and call her "dad," and threatens to have him thrown out. Tristan's opponent, Zhao, is mentioned, and it is revealed that he has been injured by Tristan. The argument escalates, with the mother-in-law claiming that Tristan's actions will ruin a 3 billion investment deal that Zhao had arranged. However, it is revealed that the deal was actually set up by the mother-in-law herself, and that Tristan had no involvement in it.   Tristan's wife, Sandra, has become annoyed with his mediocrity and wants a divorce. She believes he is holding her back and that she deserves better. Her mother also demands that they get a divorce, saying that Tristan is not good enough for Sandra. Tristan is heartbroken, but ultimately agrees to the divorce, realizing that they are no longer compatible. The divorce is finalized, and Tristan is left to pick up the pieces of his shattered life.
