  The princess wakes up to find herself in an unfamiliar place. She asks her servant, Xi Yue, where she is and what happened. The princess also learns that another girl, Ugly Miss, fell into the water and is now causing a commotion in the house with doctors. The princess realizes that she has traveled into a TV drama she was previously acting in, where she plays the role of an evil female character who pushes the main heroine into the water. She remembers that after this event, she will be framed and punished with a beating. The princess decides to take action and asks Xi Yue to find her brother, a general, to rescue her from the prince's mansion. However, before they can make a move, the prince arrives and orders his servants to bring the princess to him. The princess is worried that she will be punished again, as she has been suffering from various forms of mistreatment since marrying into the prince's family. Xi Yue tries to comfort her, but the princess knows she must act quickly to avoid further punishment.

  In the royal court, a dramatic scene unfolds as Princess Yu is accused of attempting to harm someone. The princess protests her innocence, claiming she was framed by Chu Ling.   Su Muting, the younger brother of the female lead, arrives at the scene and confronts those who dare to bully his sister. He warns them that he will not tolerate anyone harming his family members. The king's consort, Shen Xiaohai, tries to intervene, but Su Muting stands firm, refusing to back down. He asserts that his sister is under his protection and that no one can harm her. The conversation escalates into a tense confrontation between Su Muting and the king's consort, with Su Muting daring him to try and harm his sister.
